Artifact: Operational Readiness Assessment Log For Support WIP
The Operational Readiness Assessment gives insight in the status per stream from a perspective whether the service can indeed commence on the agreed Service Commencement date or not. It shows (potential) showstoppers that need extra attention, deliverables and attention points to hand over to the Service Run. This is the log in which the operational readiness is noted from the Support WIP perspective.
